Spot the same appliance — same brand, model number, and specification — advertised at a lower price by a selected UK retailer, in pounds sterling.
Bring your evidence in-store
Visit us at Castle Street in Forfar, High Street in Arbroath or Hawkhill Court in Dundee and show us proof of the lower price — a screenshot, photo, or printed advert. The item must be brand new, in a sealed box, in stock and available for delivery within 72 hours.
We’ll do our best to match it
If the product is part of our Euronics Agency range and all conditions are met, we will try to match that price before your order is placed. No quibble, no delay.

Which products are covered by the price match?
The price match applies to products in the Euronics Agency range — a curated group of appliances available through Euronics member stores like Colin M Smith and listed on Euronics.co.uk. Not every product we sell is part of the Agency range, so it is worth checking before your visit.

Which retailers will you price match against?
The price match is valid against selected UK retailers as defined by the Euronics scheme, where the product is sold at UK retail price in pounds sterling. These include retailers such as Currys, John Lewis and AO. Please bring evidence of the price (a screenshot, photo, or printed advert) to the store and our team will confirm whether the retailer qualifies.
Can I get the price match on a product I have already bought?
No — the price match must be requested before your order is completed. It cannot be applied retrospectively once a purchase has taken place. If you have spotted a lower price and have not yet bought, come in and speak to us before placing the order.
Does the price match work online or by phone?
The price match is an in-store only policy. You will need to visit us in-store. You are welcome to call ahead on 01307 464 187 to check eligibility before making the trip — our team can look up the product and the competitor and give you a steer.
What evidence do I need to bring?
You will need to show us proof of the lower price. This can be a screenshot on your phone, a printed advert, or a photo. The listing must clearly show the model number, price, and the retailer offering it. The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 72 hours at the time of your visit. We will verify pricing with the competitor at the time of the request.
If my price match is successful, do delivery and installation costs change?
We will only match on a like for like basis so we will price match the product and all the services they offer, this may mean our delivery/installation charges could increase in line with theirs.
How often can I use the price match?
The policy is limited to one use per consumer or household, per calendar month. It is also non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless we specifically say otherwise.
What if my product isn’t in the Euronics Agency range?
If a product falls outside the Euronics Agency range, the formal price match guarantee does not apply. However, we are always happy to talk. If you have found a better price somewhere, come in or give us a call — we will do our best to help where we reasonably can, even if the formal policy does not cover that specific product.
