Do you take away old appliances?
Yes, but only when you're buying a replacement from us. We'll collect and recycle your old appliance at the same time as delivering the new one. This isn't a standalone collection service — it forms part of your purchase. Details on our recycling page.

Do you offer warranty support and aftercare?
Yes. As a local independent, you can actually get hold of us if something goes wrong. We'll help navigate warranty issues and assist with manufacturer support where needed. We also offer a TV and Hi-Fi repair service.
